Vanilla 1.1.4 jest produktem Lussumo. Więcej informacji: Dokumentacja, Forum.

  1.
    Założyłem nową stronę użytkownika na Wiki:
    ->link<-

    Będzie to lista ulubionych programów BBS-owych i sposobów ich wdrażania.

    Zacząłem od FoReM-850-26M, który wskrzesiłem (jest to oryginalna wersja FoReM z 1983 roku, która sama w sobie jest rozszerzonym AMISem z wieloma tablicami ogłoszeń).

    Zauważ, że przykład dla FoReM zawiera gotowy do uruchomienia obraz dysku, który możesz skopiować do własnego systemu i uruchomić, używając procedury krok po kroku.

    Miłej zabawy,
    -Thom

    Cześć,
    Czy planujecie wersję FujiNet na kabelek?

    Thomas Cherryhomes:

    #Atari8bit Możliwe jest teraz uruchomienie FoReM-850 26M po raz pierwszy od 35 lat, na #FujiNet. Pokazano tu inicjalizację BBS-a, przyjmowanie połączenia, wysyłanie postów, przesyłanie plików, a na koniec głębsze zanurzenie się w zmianach.

    What is the role of Altirra there? Is there the FujiNet emulation in it?
  3.
    @mgr_inz_rafal - no. Not enough I/O pins to support the PHY.

    @Cyprian - The role of Altirra here is to simply act as a person dialing in using a WiFi modem.

    @Thomas
    I really miss the information in simple list format (1. do this. 2. do that. 3...) about:
    - how to update firmware
    - ways to work with.

    I see that there must be a documentation cleanup done, because I am (so everybody is I think) not able to find myself in those information put here and there.
    I would help, but I do not know even how to begin. There should be the start point on fujinet.online and links to documentation from there (it is a kind of). There are several repositories which are confusing, what is for what, what is essential, etc. There has to be some tree-down doc approach, the simplest things on the top, and then deeper and deeper... if somebody would like to dig.

    The only easy thing is to plug and play with basic functionality :)

    To be honest, there _is_ a documentation, but look:

    FujiNet Quickstart Guide
    CONFIG Users Guide
    Using the N: Device
    Accessing the Real-Time Clock (APETIME / RTime-8)
    Using SAM (Voice Synthesizer)
    About Each Printer
    Known TNFS Hosts
    Using the MODEM Sniffer
    Error Codes for N: Device
    SpartaDOS X + Ultimate1MB + FujiNet Utilities
    CP/M Support
    MIDIMaze MIDI-Mate support
    Deploying Your Favorite BBS

    Beginners are definitively lost.
    First two point are about ok, but the rest is more or less black magic. Some sorting, classifying highly reccomended.

    Założyłem taką stronicę dla potomnych:
    ->link<-

    Czy ktoś tam coś dopisze? Warto chyba, skoro nawet widziałem wpis Dely'ego na Facebooku, że to urządzenie to (o ile pamiętam) "najlepsze urządzenie dla Atari 8-bit od czasu wynalezienia sio2sd" !

    All of my time is spent actually engineering the firmware (seeing as nobody else wants to help there), and I am going WAY above and beyond literally making videos and documenting things as people ask for them.

    Need help from the greater community.

    @Thom, great, we all know this. But this is like a blind circle, which must be broken by people like @pirx, @bocianu, me, and others, who understand the power existing in this device.
    Hard to understand doc makes less people really using the product.

    I think the most important thing to add is “why”, there is a lot “what” with no logic glue. I’ll try to make doc more readable and send you to check:) as first attempt.

    #Atari8bit The web interface for #FujiNet can now mount and eject disks, cassettes, and XEX files!

    That's a minor function. Ability to change mounted images while working with something a bit more comfortable than command line tools was something I missed a lot.
